I've just bought a 2002 Mastiff, a little tatty but not beyond redemption
I've only had a few miles test ride on the bike before buying but took it easy as it's been laid up a few months and the chain and sprockets are shot. No eveidence of lean running but it does have a Micron can (rather free flowing if you know what I mean
) and the rubber air box seal has been removed....or should I say....lost??!!
Tail pipe is a little sooty but that's as it's been sat for months with just the occasional startup and warm through (I've started a thorough service on it now).
Anyway to the point........do the guys running a Dyno have to be familiar with the bike to set it up or is the process completely down to gas analysis/power output/delivery monitoring etc? Think it would be wise to have the bike looked at as the history is sketchy
Motor sounds sweet but I would like to make the most of it.
Also, any recommendations who to see for tuning/performance setup? (I live in Zomerzet, South West UK)
