Skorpion Tour Brake pads

I have Grimeca calipers and I believe the MZ came with Ferodo pads. It's time to change them and all I know is they're 316mm in front and 240mm in rear.
I did a search on numerous sites and I think I have a part #
front- FDB 498 (ST and/ or P)
rear- FDB 207 (ST and/ or P)

anyone know if I'm correct? What are you using?
Also, I read you shouldn't put organic pads on if your bike didn't come with them.
I have no idea if my rotors are iron or steel. help.

Any links to discount sites (US) would be great.

When it came time to replace mine I put EBC FA47R (dirt bike) pads on the rear and EBC Double-H FA252HH on the front. The EBC 126X pads they sold me at the dealer didn't fit. I have a 2002 Tour.
