Best look in the manual for that bike (which I do not have), but I'd guess it's very similar to later ETZ's, for which they prescribe EP 80.
As the clutch sees that same oil, best NOT use an API GL-5 oil (containing high levels of molybdenum disulfide, to cater for more Extreme Pressure), but instead a more classic GL-4 oil. Viscosity SEA 80, or 80W-90, or 75W-80.
