Acerbis Headlight/Screen on Baghira

I see some of you have installed Acerbis headlight/screen units up front of your Baghiras. Two questions:

1. Is the installation (with provided instructions) difficult from a wiring standpoint? I'd prefer plug and play, but I'm comfortable with a little bit of strip and splice. Just don't want to blow everything up on a trial and error mission.

2. Is the lighting improved from both the "see" and "be seen" sides?
