aftermarket scooter parts

I could use any tips on where to get aftermarket parts for my R125
Moskito. When I went riding w/ NW scooter enthuiasts everyone was amazed by the organizer's Helix. "Where did you find those fairings?"
He had some rubber add-ons. The two SilverWing guys then had a discussion about the lack of after-market scooter parts.
I went on a weekend trip. 140 miles each way. I overloaded my back rack. Now it's cracked. I'd like to get a stroner rack. I'm sure I didn't exceed the max weight for the vehicle. I'd like to get something stronger.
Any pointer would be helpful. Thanks
