Hello all..

Only one bodge so far. Apparently MZ owners haven't been inflicted with the equivalent of the old Moto Guzzi "Tips" books. There were page after page of ways to ruin your Guzzi..

A pristine owner's manual came with it. Found enough on the net to get by, but no shop manual period.
Kinda weird, not having an oil pressure or generator light. (!) What were they thinking?

My bikes from the 1970s' didn't have oil lights or generator lights
now that you mention it.
Funny what we have become used to.
Was a time that I would pull in the clutch and listen or stop along
the road and access my engine because i thought my battery was dying....
( the first clue I had was dim lights , and a miss fire when activating a blinker)
1972 XS650. Owned and rode every day for 9 years.
