Bing Carb onto ETZ250

Postby TaurangaETZ » Sat Feb 08, 2014 7:01 pm

Have just bought a Bing 84/30/110 to go on my ETZ250. Supplier (ost2rad) sent what looks like a separate needle jet with it (stamped "126"), but no instructions re' whether this was an optional one, or what had to be installed for this model. No documentation at all arrived with the cab except invoice. They are not responding to emails. Has anyone out there put this carb on an ETZ (maybe even got it from ost2rad and had the same issue I am having) and know what the jet should be? Thanks.

I bought my Bing from them too - get jets out of it and install ones that came in the bag. Hope this helps

Originally there is a 118 main jet on this carb.

126 is (in my opinion) much too big for an ETZ 250 engine.
Most
people change the jet to 121 or 123.
126 I would suggest for an ETZ 300 engine.
