bugger!!!!!,I Broke My Banjo,
,I thought i would get all technical and all clever with my engineering and electronic skills ( or lack of) as it seems ,
Tell me does this next story ring a bell re the banjo bolt switch,,
i designed a vacuum pump from a tiny motor out of a fridge along with pipes, tubes and traps to vacuum out the rear brake line.Thought it would be better to draw new fluid out without depressing the master cylinder,,well it worked but still left the brakes spongy,,how come?,,
now the bugger bit , i've re bled them the old fashioned way and have a strong brake now but the banjo bolt brake switch is now not working.
how comes its buggered , i didn't even touch it , i've tried bleeding it out again at the banjo head but still no luck,
would the release of hydraulic pressure relax the switch mechanism and not allow it to return to working state
