SLOW RIM LEAK

Postby AIRMANBEAR » Wed Oct 16, 2013 8:30 pm

ON SOME MZ SCORPIONS THE RIMS WERE PAINTED ON THE INSIDE AS WELL.. THIS CAN CAUSE A LEAK AS PAINT CAN CHIP OVER TIME .. WHEN TIRES ARE CHANGED
USING TIRE IRONS .. I HAD TO REMOVE ALL OLD PAINT WITH PAINT REMOVER AND WIRE BRUSHES . TO STOP THE SLOW RIM LEAK ... CHECK YOUR TIRE WITH SOAP AND WATER AFTER CHANGING TIRES ..
