Quick Action Throttle Tube Baghira

I've had the Baghira for 8 weeks now and it's a great bike on country roads and surprised me how well it handled a recent 110 mile motorway trip on one tank of fuel. The throttle twist does seem very long as I've a damaged wrist with minimum movement, has anyone fitted a quick action throttle tube and if so can you recommend a make and model of replacement or bike it came from?
