TS125 Head Modification

So I'm currently doing up a TS 125 (this is how far I'm at at the moment )


And after researching abit I've seen a few racing MZ's with what looks like the head removed and a plate in its place
I can assume this is for cooling, but it also looks pretty cool. Example:


So if anyone knows where I can get the bits to do this it'd be greatly appreciated

The racer is a 250 and they have a horizontally finned cylinder head, (cut down on the bike in the picture).

Your TS125 has a vertically finned head, the ETZ125/150 also had the horizontally finned head though I don't know if one will fit yours.
