Has any one carried out the following, fitting a 18inch wheel in the rear of a TS250 from another MZ model if so was it a easy task and was there any benefits/down sides.

Hi Fred. I know it has been done before, in fact I'm sure there's a thread on here about it somewhere! While I'm searching for details Why do you want to change the wheel?

viewtopic.php?f=20&t=5790&hilit=18+rear+wheel .

Problems I can see with just changing the rear wheel are clearance between tyre and mudguard etc, slight change in steering head angle, speedo calibration ( not much difference TBH)
