First check the sprocket bolts - mine loosened up slightly and it looked just like the cush rubbers were getting sloppy. Catch it early to keep the hub from getting boogered up. Sorry I don't have a spec. on allowable clearance on the drive.... Jim

It's possible still - it can loosen without the nuts backing off. The bent over retainers on mine were still engaged. Easily checked by watching the outer hub center / sprocket for movement when rocking it in gear.....
