Hey group,found this lithium battery online. shorai 14ah found at batterystuff.com
its $148 , weighs 1.6 lbs and is 4.5x2.25x3.5 .
They also have a 9ah battery for $105
May have to check out further....

The lithium batteries sound exciting with the huge weight savings. I hope to try one next time I need a battery for my bikes.
