Control cables ES250

Just bought an ES250/2 (1974) with a view to a rebuild. Anyone know where in the UK I can get new control cables - clutch, front brake, throttle?

Fred Rogers is usually your best bet but he is out of action at the moment due to health problems. Burwins should be able to help you out though. Can't find the number at the moment but search online for Burwins or MZ spares. There's also a company called AKF in Germany that sell pretty much everything but their postage is a bit pricey. There's a load of cables on ebay at the moment in Germany.

Check with venhills or send them the old ones and they will make you new ones - they're the best so don't waste your time with all the rest.
