Anyone know where I can have mine rebuilt or a suitable replacement? I just started to resurrect the beast and my shock is blown

Did you just get a rebuild or did they revalve it too? How's it working

Gold valve, spring with rebuild.

I will get back to you, this week will be the test ride. Before I sent it in the suspension would compress with ease and not return. Now she pops right back. They adjusted it at the factory to deal with my fat ass. Looking fwd for the ride haven't ridden her 2008

Its awesome! Very pleased, worked flawlessly! very progressive, ate up the pot holes, no slap in the ass, and no shake at high speeds. It was a dream to get back on the bike. I didn't do anything crazy like hop curbs. bike hasn't run since 2008 And it started right up. I put a lot of concentrated carb cleaner and marvel mystery oil in the tank blew it out on the highway. also put some mystery oil in the cylinder when I replaced the plug.

if you have to ask the cost probably means 2 of the kids mopeds are up for sale

every thing seems to be toooo much of late....
i dread the day i have to change one out
