mz skorpion wheels on a mz baghira

Hi
Does anyone know if these 96 Skorpion wheels will work on my 02 black panter Bagahira.
I know that I will have to use the axles, front & rear rotors, hub, and cush drive from the the skorpion, but not sure if i will have to make spacers. Don't care about speedo drive as I don't have one and use a mounted gps
