thought i had found the fault but its still cutting out. cleaned out the air box today and it was full of oily,mucky petrol??. getting really pissed with it now :evil:

could try petrol cap vent,that may be partialy blocked and causing a weak flow of fuel

tried the fuel cap the pikey way lol turned the tank upside down and the petrol pisses out of it :lol:

hi jamie

sorted it out mate, dirty carb bad petrol and silicone sealant dont mix lol.
i spent 3 days cleaning the carb and fitted an inline fuel filter. i had used silicone gasket around the float bowl but some
of this got into the starter jet!. problem sorted for now.
