Removing engine from Skorpion frame

It's time for an engine refresh and need to know the proper procedure for removal of the engine. As this is a race bike I don't have the centre stand installed and was wondering if it should be back on as it seems that nothing will be holding up the rear of the bike once the rear engine mounting bolt is removed. Any help is appreciated and thanks in advance.

Got the engine out with a homemade holder consisting of some rigid conduit attached to minerallacs where the seat cowl bolts screw in. Conduit is now at right angle to front/ back layout of the bike. Made vertical stands, one for each side of bike, out of unistrut with bracket to hold conduit/pipe. With bike on Pitbull stand to get rear end off of the ground I adjusted the brackets up to the pipes, tightened the brackets, pulled the stand out and was able to get the swingarm elevated with no weight on it. I was able to get the motor out myself with judicious use of ropes, small bottle jack and some skinned knuckles. Took the motor over to the former owner of a bike shop here in the Detroit area and he was able to re-do the top end for me. Was able to get the motor back in today by myself using the same stoneage methods. Once I figure out to post photos I'll put them up.

Pic four shows the cross member that I used to wrap the rope around that I had tied through the top motor mount bracket. I raised it until I could pivot the rear of the motor to where I could get one of the rear mounting bolts in and just carefully continued to jostle the motor until I had all the bolts in. Pics 1 thru 3 shows the "stand" I made to get the rear unloaded to accomodate the swingarm/rear mount bolt. Hope this helps.
