Anybody seen this part on a Baghira ? Where ....does it go.

my guess is it is a sleeve thru a plastic par like #18 in this exploded view but maybe it mounts other plastic (tank, fender, etc.)

that would be my guess too, perhaps on the cooling fan mounts or airbox. doesn't look like the ones on the body panels.

in the frame /shock area from the previous owner.
