Baggi(?) on the Highway, East London Sunday 28 Jan

Postby whysub01 » Mon Jan 29, 2007 1:42 pm

Came up behind a Baggi (I think) on the Highway at about 2.30 pm yesterday. The engine looked like a Yam 660, but the rest-different panels (more angular), twin cans, crash bars, and rider wearing camo trousers.

I was on a 'Blade I was nursing home (electrical gremlins) so couldn't stop, even though I wanted to stop for a chat about your pipes.

Was it you?

Did the rider look a little strange, you know what I mean, like not quite straight, maybe looking a little wonky? :)

definately NOT Wonky-I have spent so much time checking his bike over, that I know it as well as he does. The one on the Hoighway had the pipes coming UNDER the engine. Sounded very nice-but thrown by the mods to the side panels

Wonky was hoping to fire it up last weekend-i've got to go down there to sort out a raptor crank for my mates Supermono, so I'll find out what the latest mod is he has made.

I know it has been posted here before but those of you still interested in the progress of Wonky's machine can still read regular updates on the Slipstream forum. At the moment there arent a great many members so postings are fairly limited but the site does have the potential to be a goldmine of information for the MZ / Yammie 660 powered bikes once it picks up some momentum. It is FREE to join so the only thing to worry about is remembering another password :)

Agree 100%. Having spoken to Mark he is most defineately NOT trying to hijack members away from this site. His concern with this site is the number of Bots that seem to have sprung up here. I haven't a clue what that all means, but I bow to his superior computer knowledge.
