Lifting a Skorpion

Postby RickBlaine » Sun Nov 12, 2006 11:50 am

I'm looking into getting a lift or jack for working on the bike. I'm interested to know what others are using and how they feel about their choice.

the basement in my house used to be my dad's factory and has a light 1500lb
trolly crane :) lucky me i pick my bikes up with a 3 point strap
and set them on a work table built to the proper height

but we may sell the crane to a place that needs it more than i do :(

I use a hydraulic lift similar to this for my baggy, heavy bit of kit but easy to use....

two wheels good, four wheels bad. . . .

This is the lift I use, should be suitable for a Skorpion as well, easily manouverable and quite stable, nice working height.
Regards Dave.

Paddock stands are really easy to use on the Skorpion!
