ETZ - alternative front brake lever blade?

I've got an ETZ with the early MZ 'round cap' master cylinder. I find the brake lever blade a bit of a stretch for my little fingers!
Wondered if there was a simple bolt-on alternative, maybe in a more modern dog-leg style?
