Hi,
I'm trying to help to register someone's ETZ 125 (I'm classics Officer of the MZRC). It seems that the factory records of frame numbers have been lost. Does anyone have a UK registered ETZ125 with a frame number close to 4526051? Could i quote this in a letter that will be sent to the DVLA so that a V5 can be issued?
