This may interest some of you. My Baggi has now done 53000kms and today, on the comute home, all the lights started to get dimmer (even dimmer than usual). Once home,I stopped the bike and it would'nt re-start. The battery was flat.
Fearing the battery or part of the charging system was shot, I removed the saddle and found the main fuse (20 amp) was partially out of its holder. The contacts in the fuse holder were partially melted.
I cut the wires to the fuse holder and used a new fuse holder obtained from the lacal car accessory shop. Problem cured.
I have now put large amounts of silicon gears around all the fuses so hopfully it wont happen again.

Might be worth checking your bikes out for this.
