I like the m4 slip-on can, personally. With the jet kit, it gives you a wee bit more power.

Found the UK M4 website, are the cans bike specific? which one is suitable for the Baghira?
(Sorry if its a "blonde" question)

Have a Carbon M4 on my Baghira and tried the Dyno jet kit, really bad!
Don't mess with the carbs is my advise.
Go for Mikunis or Kiehins, (Don't comment on the spelling, I'm tired...)
Tons of posts about that the carbs...

BlueRidgePanther,
If your carbs have the Dyno Jet kit, what are the jet sizes and the clip posision.
Any help would be great.
My carbs, the modified ones are off the bike and I'd like to get them to a point to replace the current stock set that I just installed to get the MC running after an extended period of time.

I agree don't try a dyno jet kit, I once fitted one to my xtz 750, it was crap on every setting so that went in the bin( exspensive waste of time)
BSM do a couple of cans and link pipes, have a look at david silver spares as he is a supplier of BSM exhausts

Thanks for the tip Hutchy, currently temporarily out of stock, but will see about getting the BSM Vampire can when they are back in stock. Do I need to do anything to the bike once fitted? Or is it just a straight forward swap over?

Hi Sue, the only mod you might need to do is lift the throttle needle in the carb by one notch, but most of the time you can leave it as stock unless you like to screw the nuts off the motor then you may find it runs too weak on the standard setting, resulting in burt exhaust valves(exspensive), also I agree with handsomejack about the db killer ,good luck ...hutchy

Thanks hutchy, really appreciated. I can order my can happily now, and will get the needle adusted in the carb. (though will see how it rides first, it's not often it gets pushed all the way to its limits, but is fun when it does)

I have a BSM Vampire on mine too. As someone who recently stopped next to me at the lights commented "That sounds cock on!"

Most people I know with that on their aftermarket cans have it rubbed off. Depends who does the MOT's as to whether they pass it or not. Some have had to put the standard can back on, and some have got away with it with the db killer in (do the latter with my CBR).
