Rev limit

Can anyone tell me where the rev limit is set on a stock Baghira? i have read numerous posts about upgrading the stock cdi unit to let the bike rev higher but i cannot find at what level the stock limit is set, i need to know this as i am going to purchase a shift light (as opposed to a revcounter) and they come with a pre-set value.
