I want to be sure I'm clear.

The Baghira Street Moto (17" wheels) has the exact same suspension as the Baghira dual sport (18" & 21" wheels).

Correct? :?

The STANDARD HEIGHT Baghira Street Moto (17" wheels) has the exact same suspension as the Baghira dual sport (18" & 21" wheels).

The HEIGHT REDUCED model has different suspension and a shorter swingarm. I am sure someone else can be a little more specific about the differences.

Thank you, DEmark. :D

Does anybody disagree with this assessment?

the HR has different front fork (non adjustable), less travel.
the rear shock is the same with approx. 30mm less stroke (I think it has a spacer behind the piston), and I am pretty sure the dog bones are different length
the swingarm is the same, but the front steering geometry is different on the HR.

Not sure what the difference is. but the parts book lists a different swinging arm for the Baghira SM HR and Mastiff to other models. So DeMArk may be right.
The parts book also lists a shorter (412mm as against 425mm) rear shock for the Both Baggi HR models and teh Mastiff, as well as different, non adjustable front forks for these models. Cant find any reference to different length dogbones (or pull rods) though.

I looked into the differences between the Mastiff suspension (same as the HR Baggi IIRC) and the standard height Baggi some time ago as I was considering putting the longer travel kit on my Mastiff.
I was told by my dealer that:
The swing arm is the same dimensions (the Mastiff item may have a different part no. as it does not have the tabs for the chain guide under the swing arm next to the rear sprocket. Do the HR Baghiras have this chain guide?).
The rear shock is different as the full height Baggi gets its extra travel from a longer shock with more stroke.
The rear 'dog bones' and linkage are the same on both bikes.
The front forks are completely different (and non adjustable on the HR bikes).
I will emphasise that this is what I was told by the dealer (with the help of his parts book), and I have not carried out any measurements myself on the two types of bike.

I have also been told that the Mastiff frame has a slightly steeper head angle which sharpens up the steering :D

Hi

All Fil states would appear correct from what I have found in the MZ parts book. I have also looked up to see if there are any differences in the fram. The parts book lists 4 different numbers for teh frame, no details of headstock differences but it list the following
3621201685 Frame in white for Baghira, Baghira SM and Baghira HR
3621201695 Frame black for Baghira, Baghira SM and Baghira HR
3621202685 in white for mastiff and Baghira SM HR
3621202695 in black for mastiff and Baghira SM HR

This would suggest teh Mastiff and Baghira SM HR does have a difference in teh frame design, but I am not aware of what these differenc(s) are.
