FIAMM Dual Freeway Blasters Install 130db

Postby Randew2U » Thu May 29, 2008 4:39 am

I purchased the Low and the High Range Blasters and fabricated mounting brackets to squeeze them on my 04 Baggy. Wired them up in parallel and found that they dont get enough juice together to fire off. If I disconnect either one, It barks. Has anyone else done this and do I need a relay?

Yes you will .Use the existing horn circuit to signal the relay . Run a fused , separate feed from the battery to the hot side of the relay , then out to the compressor. ( I needed a 15 amp fuse before it wouldnt blow after real long HOOOOOOOOOts)
I reckon every bike should have air horns . I`ve had mine on my VZ1600 for 2 years . Cagers hate them . They shit themselves when they get the 135Blast, I just love them (the horns).
