I would love to say that any new MZ dealership would be succesful but the truth is very few people in the UK buy them. They are great bikes but sadly the MZ name is still associated with the smoky old two stroke commuters ......at least for those of us old enough to (just about) remember them (great bikes in their own right. Have any of you seen them race....very entertaining and closely fought). It is an image problem the same as bugged Skoda for many years which has only recently started to subside with VW's re-invention of the brand. I think unless MZ can raise their profile in the UK they will always be a niche brand and as such any dealer will struggle if that is all they sell. From what I understand the factory dont really seem to give a toss ....lack of communication, piss poor parts back up etc.
The 2007 SM looks exactly the same as my 2004 version bar the coloured rims and paint-job. Where is the improved front brake set up, better looking pipe, re-styled plastics etc.
