12v conversion

Hi folks, I Was having lots of starting/charging problems with my ts150 And have eventually tracked it down to a earth fault on the generator field coil, anyway I am thinking of fitting a 12v poweydyno system, the bike I currently running a 6v system and battery is a 6N11A-1B the approx sizes of the battery are 62W x122L x 131H. does anyone know of a database where I can check up on a similar size battery or better still what battery I would need?

ask the folks at poweydyno being in Germany they have probably fitted a bunch
and know what battery fits in your holder for 12volts

if i had an old mz 2 smoker the first mod would be a poweydyno system

its expensive but makes old BMW /2 run good again and you have a real headlamp

most of there systems run with out a battery just a big capacitor needed
battery may be required to pass mot in some places and to do parking lamps

post on these should work with your wires unless there real short
do not leave the parking lamps on unless you order the extra run capisitor from dynmo and carry it to get started and run home
do not install it on a switch you may blow something when switching
