Anyway the tacho drive/clutch retaining nut should be very tight... 70ft/lb springs to mind. For this you need to lock the crank. Probably rope down the plug hole is the easiest way
Primary drive nut 40ft/lb, and should have a tab washer behind it
I assume its the crank seal you are replacing? If so remove clutch with the proper clutch puller, dont forget to use the protector for the nose on the crank. Then remove the circlip that locates the seal. I then bash the seal a couple of times with a screw driver to distort it and pull it out. new seal has to be driven is square just far enough to allow the circlip to be refitted . Make sure it seats properly. Then clean the taper on both the clutch centre and the crankshaft really well ( I use meths) and reassemble
