RT125 bogging down/hesitating in wind.

Hi,
I've been riding down some major A roads this last week in the windy UK weather. The bike has been suffering from a loss of power/hesitation and a couple of times has stalled. This has happened on red routes (where stopping is not allowed) and on the approach to motorway junctions/slip roads. For this reason I need to get it sorted. It always happens when there is a sudden wind.
The breather pipe from the carb is routed to just behind the engine and is exposed to turbullent air flow. In addition the fuel overflow pipe never empties of any excess fuel and again the end of this pipe is exposed to the air flow underneath the engine.
I was wondering if it would be better to connect the breather pipe to junction of a T piece and route a pipe to the underside of the engine and another to somewhere higher up (prefereably with negative pressure or at least out of direct air flow).
Can anyone give any advice or suggest a possible solution.

The USA Honda Hawk had a problem with the float bowl vent tube hanging in the wind and creating a fuel bowl vaccum. Hondas service bulletin to address this was to cut the tube length in half! So can you not just reduce the length of the pipe or tuck it up out of the way somewhere?
