Rear axle tourque spec

Anybody know what the tourque spec is for the rear axle on the Saxon series (Country 500)? Also, what about the nut on the other side that holds the sprocket on?

My opinion, because the nuts may be loosen to adjust the chain or repair a pucture
on the road away from home its be tighten -use only the hand, no push with the foot-
with the bike tool kit wrench.
