fork in state

Postby den » Sun Jan 19, 2014 8:09 am

hi all , my baggy 660 forks are in a right state , i stripped them down for a checkup and service and put new seals on them ,refreshed the oil and everything was fine for a while, all handling problems fixed,,
now i get the sound of some kind of friction going on,i checked the bushes and they seemed ok,, ive had a look at the chrome stanchions and theres no wear marks, yet when i pump the forks i hear friction/rubbing/scoring/ dunno what it is,
And ideas,any previous experiences.Thanks
Oh mutly,,you did it again, she he he he he ehheheheh

Possibly bubbles from churning cavitating ?.
Springs rubbing the sides of tubes?
I would pull it apart if it was mine. ( the second time is always quicker).
