mz rt 125 blowing fuse

as the wires were not looking their best ive now replaced both connectors on the cdi- coil wires blue + black negative, correct? im getting a better reading on multimeter but with a - before the numbers, surely this means the polarity is reversed? im also using a known good coil yet still no spark.
