Not very practical to do. Most fuel gauge senders live at the bottom of the gas tank. You will need to make a hole for the sending unit to fit. Besides, motorcycle fuel gauges are notoriously not accurate. Using your odometer and reserve valve is the best and most reliable system. Especially on smaller gas tanks.
